Could We Get Sufficient Fat without Using Any Concentrated Fats and Oils?

Absolutely! Just as you can get all the carbohydrates that your body needs from whole foods, without any added refined starches or sugars, so you can get all of the fat that your body needs without using any concentrated fats and oils. However, we do need to include a wise selection of fresh whole plant foods that are naturally high in fat. Nuts, seeds and their butters, avocados, olives, and soybeans and their products are all excellent sources of good-quality fats.
